By placing an order with Wraith Wear KL Enterprise (JM1017976-A), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Preorder & Production

   • All products are preorder-based and require 3 working days for production before shipping.

   • Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Orders & Payments

   • Full payment is required to confirm your order.

   • We accept payments via [Touch ‘n Go, bank transfer, etc.]. Payment details will be provided at checkout.

   • After completing the payment, please send the transaction receipt to us via [WhatsApp/email] along with your order details. This helps us verify your payment and process your order faster.

3. Shipping & Delivery

   • Once production is complete, shipping takes an estimated 3 working days.

   • We ship within Malaysia. Shipping fees vary based on location and package weight.

   • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may cause delivery issues, and additional charges may apply for reshipping.

   • Wraith Wear is not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Exchanges

   • As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

   • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days with clear photos, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

   • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging for exchanges.

5. Product Disclaimer

   • Colors and designs may slightly vary due to screen settings and production differences.

   • Our products are produced in limited quantities. Once sold out, restocks are not guaranteed.

6. Liability

   • Wraith Wear is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of products once they have been shipped.

   • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
